Among the suggestions of the Bishop of Tokyo: think of the 30 thousand Japanese suicides a year; attention to the needs of the population; aid in the care for the sick and the disabled.

There is great fear of travelling after the many attacks, but the desire to come here was greater, for the annual commemoration of the miracle that saved the country from the world war.
